Export License
- Many countries have laws and regulations that control exports and restrict:
- What you can export
- Animals
- Archeological artefacts
- Chemicals
- Radar systems
- Software
- Where you can export to
- Friendly countries
- Military allies
- In order to export your product you have find out if you need an export license.
- The exporter must determine which government entity has jurisdiction for the items being exported.
- The exporter must request and receive authorization to export.
