Post-Sales Support.
Implemented a support plan whereby distributors could maintain adequate level of spare parts in country to support customers and run profitable maintenance organizations. Provided second level technical support for post-sales issues.
Educational Support.
Responsible for all aspects of training for distributors and subsidiaries including: hardware maintenance, programming, product, and sales training.
