INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Technical Support.
Provided technical support to international distributors, recommended product enhancements, coordinated software releases and configured and verified system solutions for engineering and scientific computing. Ran engineering application benchmark programs. Proposed and implemented software support tools such as: software tape library, on-line software configuration, on-line bug reporting system, on-line customer bulletin board.
Marketing Support.
Directed international promotional activities. Created and ran the company's two most successful sales seminars. Organized an European press tour. Managed trade show activities on three continents. Educational Support.
Solely responsible for technical training and customer education. Planned, scheduled, and coordinated technical training for international distributors and domestic customers.
